With a rich history spanning eight years at the World Internet Summit, I gleaned invaluable insights into the potential of consolidating diverse business needs under one roof.

This experience laid the foundation for the 3 day event format, with all of our speakers under 1 roof. So to speak :)

Since then, my journey has led me to found Automation Made Easy, a boutique Marketing Automation Agency, where we educate small businesses, coaches, consultants, professional speakers and allied health on the art of doubling their sales through automated follow-up.

It's a simple concept—say the right thing, to the right person at the right time, and doubling your sales becomes an achievable feat.

A common problem we found consistently… While we could craft follow-up campaigns to double the sales, other aspects of these businesses were often lacking.

First and foremost attracting the right traffic. Then ensuring their retention. Then we had no control over the sales teams, that were often non existent..

And then the problem of small businesses not actually being in the business of being in business, but being in the business of delivering their skill, which proves problematic to growth.

Sadly, I couldn't address all these issues. I could suggest solutions, like acquiring a sales team, but it often ended with limited follow-through from the businesses themselves.

In fact, roughly half of the businesses I collaborated with still exist today. Their continued operation wasn't impeded by our follow-up efforts, in fact every business we work with gets at least double the sales opportunities, but rather by deficiencies in their marketing and conversion strategies, sales processes, and even their readiness for growth and success. I witnessed many individuals repeatedly hitting a ceiling.

Out of this realization/frustration, the i-Convert event was conceived—a sanctuary for small businesses to gather, learn, and access a comprehensive toolkit to simply convert better!

And so, the i-convert mantra was born, a rallying cry for all who aspire to transform their businesses and lives:
